Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services of Junk B Gone. By placing an order for junk removal, trailer rental, material delivery, or any other services we offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions :
Only items agreed upon in your service agreement can be removed or loaded in the trailer. Prohibited items may include hazardous waste, chemicals, electronics, tires, and other restricted materials. Any additional fees for the disposal of prohibited materials will be your responsibility.
Trailers have specified weight and volume limits outlined in your rental agreement. Exceeding the weight or volume limit may result in additional charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the trailer is loaded within the specified limits.
Charges are based on the type of service ( e.g., junk removal, trailer rental, material delivery ), duration, and any additional services requested. Payment is due in full before or at the time of service. Any additional charges incurred during the service period will be billed and must be paid promptly.
You are responsible for any damage to property, including driveways, landscaping, or structures, caused by the placement or removal of trailers or materials. We recommend placing a protective barrier ( such as plywood ) on surfaces where trailers will be located.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
