Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services of Junk B Gone. By placing an order for junk removal, trailer rental, material delivery, or any other services we offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions :

Service Period :

• The standard service period is 1 day unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• Additional days beyond the agreed period may incur extra charges.

Delivery and Pickup ( for Trailer Rentals and Material Delivery ) :

• You are responsible for ensuring that delivery and pickup locations are clear and accessible.
• If the location is obstructed or inaccessible, additional fees may apply.
• We will make every reasonable effort to deliver and pick up at the agreed-upon times, but specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Permitted Materials ( or Junk Removal and Trailer Rentals ) :

Only items agreed upon in your service agreement can be removed or loaded in the trailer. Prohibited items may include hazardous waste, chemicals, electronics, tires, and other restricted materials. Any additional fees for the disposal of prohibited materials will be your responsibility.

Weight and Volume Limit ( for Trailer Rentals ) :

Trailers have specified weight and volume limits outlined in your rental agreement. Exceeding the weight or volume limit may result in additional charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the trailer is loaded within the specified limits.

Service Charges and Payment :

Charges are based on the type of service ( e.g., junk removal, trailer rental, material delivery ), duration, and any additional services requested. Payment is due in full before or at the time of service. Any additional charges incurred during the service period will be billed and must be paid promptly.

Damage to Property :

You are responsible for any damage to property, including driveways, landscaping, or structures, caused by the placement or removal of trailers or materials. We recommend placing a protective barrier ( such as plywood ) on surfaces where trailers will be located.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Liability :

• Junk B Gone is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.
• You are responsible for ensuring that services are used safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the services of Junk B Gone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change, and any updates will be posted on our website.
